最初，问题不大，每段攀登都是一种挑战，每段下坡都是一种快乐。
40公里后，它变成了一个拖累，每一个下坡都让人心惊肉跳，因为我知道我将不得不再次骑车上坡，但没有长期的收益。
像这样的路段的心理问题是，你不能在一天结束时转身说 "嘿，我在这里的3000米处....，工作做得好"。
